Awesome idea. I will be going. Although we really need to think of a better label for ‘non-white-people-food’ than ‘ethnic’ (Italian food, for instance, would never be referred to in that way).
I opened up Tumblr and I happened upon this article my pals at Good Aesthetics posted. Just so happens I’m in Pittsburgh,PA for the weekend so I decided to make a trek here.
The take-out restaurant serves food from nations the US has or has had beef with. (heh, beef) They serve one type of cuisine at a time and change every few months. They’re serving Iranian food at the moment and I’m eating their chicken Fesenjan as we speak and it’s off the hook.
